Thank you Meri for this amazing opportunity to challenge myself to change some of my habits! I really can't believe 12 weeks have gone by already - it went so fast! I think the biggest changes for me have been "letting go" of my "obsession" with food... and the guilt I used to feel when I ate something that was not too healthy. Now I find that it is becoming more of a habit to make healthy choices most of the time and enjoy the food that I am eating. I also have become much more creative with my menus - using what I like in interesting combinations.
