This week has been tough! I find that eating a healthy breakfast is very easy, lunch is often OK, but dinners and snacks are a challenge! For example, getting in my veggies for dinner is hard and yesterday I ate more FF ice cream than I think I should have. I know this is a process and new habits have to be learned - it does help knowing what my challenges are so I can focus on overcoming them...I will have patience!
